Farewell & good luck, Leanne!
It’s a bittersweet moment for us at Underdog as we say goodbye (and a huge congratulations!) to our incredible Operations Manager, Leanne. After eight amazing years of dedication, growth and unwavering commitment, Leanne is spreading her wings and stepping into the corporate world as she takes on a new project management role.
Leanne’s journey with us began back in 2017 when she joined Nadine (our founder) and Eve (our Head of Adoptions) as a teenager, volunteering at Wild at Heart Foundation. When Underdog was born, she became our very first employee, and she’s been at the heart of everything we’ve done since—adoptions, education programmes, our Covid response, and our work in Ukraine.
She’s been the glue that’s held us together through every challenge and triumph, and her strength, confidence and organisation skills have always been way beyond her years. While we’re beyond proud of her next step into the corporate world (a loss for the charity sector, no doubt!), we know she’ll continue to make an impact wherever she goes. 🧡
Leanne, we wish you all the success and happiness in this new chapter—you’ll always be part of the Underdog family! 🐶✨

📌 Personal Assistant – Super-organised, proactive part-time personal assistant. If you love juggling tasks, enjoy chatting with people, love dogs(!) and have admin or PA experience, this could be perfect for you!
