About Misty

Misty is seeking a new home due to a huge unforeseen change in personal circumstances that resulted in her needing to be relinquished immediately. Through absolutely no fault of her own she has been relinquished back into our care, and she is now in foster home in Hampshire and is ready to find her permanent home so she can finally settle down.

Misty is a gorgeous hound/shepherd mix who was originally found on the streets of Cyprus. She is a lovely girl with a silly, friendly and affectionate nature that makes her an absolute joy to be around.

Misty is incredibly sociable and gets along wonderfully with both people and other dogs. She is friendly, confident, and always eager to make new friends. She is equally happy playing with canine companions or spending time with her humans, and she has a calm and balanced nature that makes her adaptable to different environments. She is content as the only dog in a household due to her confidence, but would also enjoy the company of another friendly dog who likes to play.

Affectionate and loving, Misty thrives on human interaction and enjoys being part of family life. She is great with children and has a gentle, patient demeanour. She is also intelligent and trainable, picking up new commands quickly and responding well to positive reinforcement. She is very eager to learn and keen to please, and she will benefit from continued training to help her reach her full potential.

Misty absolutely loves her walks and being outdoors. She is good on the lead, enjoys exploring new surroundings, and would flourish in a fairly active home where she can join in on adventures. She has spent some time in London and has shown that she can adapt to a more urban environment, but she would ideally love a home with a garden where she can have space to roam and relax.

Misty is a wonderfully well-rounded dog who would make a loyal and loving addition to any family.
