Chewie is a dog that loves cuddles, playing and having fun! He was born in Hungary and we were very lucky to adopt him from the charity Hungary Hearts. We think he is about three years old. Chewie is named after Chewbacca because when he first came to live with us his hair was incredibly long!

Chewie loves going on walks where he meets other dogs and runs around with them although he is not keen on going into the water! His favourite food is chicken and he loves getting treats at his dog training classes where is he working towards his silver award. He also loves camping and we are really enjoying taking him lots of new places.

Chewie is such a friendly, loving dog and is very much looking forward to hearing children read and helping them to settle into the school day along with Sarah, who is a teacher.
