Little Phoebe isn’t a rescue dog, but she rescued her family. Phoebe was one of the lucky ones, born into a life without suffering, but her family however were suffering. Following the untimely loss of a loved one, Phoebe’s family were grieving and struggling to come to terms with their pain.

This little dog had no idea of her importance in helping them to overcome this terrible time, but her constant comfort and unconditional love was essential. Following their recovery as a family Rachel decided that it seemed obvious that Phoebe’s gentle nature could help more people, and so she joined the therapy dog team at Underdog International! She may be small, but boy is she mighty!
