About Luka

Luka and Loki are two beautiful puppies who were very lucky to be rescued from outside a garage in Cyprus. Initially we had hoped they were just lost, and that someone might come and collect them, but it soon became apparent that was not the case and the boys had been left to their own devices. They’re just babies and all they want is safety and security.

Luka and Loki are just under six months old and as adults we’re anticipating they’ll be bigger sized boys based on their current size and rate of growth. Despite their abandonment, the boys haven’t let it dull their spirit and they are such happy, friendly, playful and trusting young dogs. They are lucky enough to be in foster care at the moment and they are getting plenty of attention and socialisation, all of which will help them develop into balanced, adaptable pups.

The brothers are very striking with their coat colouring and there’s no doubt that they’re going to grow into very handsome dogs, so prepare to get stopped on the street a lot! The boys are also very comfortable around humans now, so they won’t hesitate to lap up any affectionate offered their way! They are happy to be held, cuddled and stroked, and they are really keen to please too. We think some introductory puppy training would go a long way, as they are both very eager to learn new things and you can quite literally see the excitement in their faces when they get some 1-2-1 focus. Training will be really fun for them to engage with, and not to mention beneficial for you too!

Loki and Luka are looking for active homes, prepared to give a puppy the time, training and patience they require. They would be best suited to homes with gardens, and would be better suited slightly outside of the city, where they’re surrounded by green spaces. We expect they will grow into quite energetic young dogs, so an active lifestyle would be great for the pair of them. They can also live with other dogs, and would be suitable for homes with children aged 6+ - although be prepared for the boys to be a bit over-excitable and bouncy considering their age.

Luka and Loki are currently based in Cyprus and have a clean bill of health. They are ready to travel once they have homes to go to. Please note, we’re not looking to rehome the boys together and we rarely do this for siblings pairs.
