About Macy

Pretty little Macy is one of the three black pups within the German Shepherd mix, abandoned in a field with her siblings. She has since settled into shelter life well, showing herself to be an active and friendly little pup. Macy loves people and other dogs, and is comfortable being handled, snuggled and picked up when needed. She loves giving as many kisses as you’ll let her!

Macy is very human oriented and sociable, but enjoys being with her siblings playing, napping, or chewing their tails! She’s mischievous but in the sweetest, puppy-like way, and she’s just learning to navigate the world around her. Macy is quietly confident and very intelligent. With some introductory training and socialisation she’s going to really shine.

Macy would benefit from a home with a steady routine, a secure garden, and adopters who enjoy spending time outdoors. She’s a lovely balance of playful and thoughtful, and she’s already showing good potential to pick up new things and adapt to new situations with the right support. With time, she’ll make a devoted best friend and we think she would be a lovely addition to a family home.
