Margot
Margot
My name is: Margot
I came from: Romania
Now I live in: West Yorkshire
My favourite things are: Catching flies, my pink squeaky ball, eating soil from the plant pots, playing with my big sister Nell and all my other doggie friends, watching the squirrels through the window, jumping up at peoples food (but apparently this isn’t cool) and of course, teatime
Margot’s story
We first came across Margot when Eve posted on her Instagram page that she was in foster and still looking for a forever home. We fell in love with her and her beard IMMEDIATELY.
We arranged to meet up with her foster mum Zoe, who had done an amazing job of teaching Margot new things and helping to socialise her. Everything went perfectly and we collected her two weeks later.
The adoption process was really easy, and we felt supported throughout the whole experience.
Margot settled in like a dream. She learnt the ropes from her border collie sister Nell, who showed her where they sleep, eat and play. She is still as stubborn and headstrong as ever and is learning to keep her distance from our food!
Since being with us, Margot enjoys long walks everyday, trips to the seaside, the Yorkshire Dales and getting to meet new dogs and people.
We couldn’t imagine life without our little Margarooney. She is a hilarious, weird little bearded thing and we wouldn’t change her for the world. She has come on so far and we couldn’t be prouder of her.
