About Sally

Sally is a beautiful girl, rescued from the streets of Cyprus. Not long after arriving at the shelter, it became clear that Sally was expecting puppies. She went on to deliver a gorgeous litter of seven, and now that her pups are no longer dependent on her, Sally is finally enjoying some well-deserved peace, quiet, and her own space — and it’s clear she’s relishing every minute of her newfound freedom!

Based on her appearance and temperament, we think Sally is a mix of Pointer and Labrador. She has a gorgeous appearance, and a gentle, easy-going nature. She's incredibly sociable and loves nothing more than a bit of fuss and affection, and she’s always very keen to meet new visitors at the shelter and enjoy a cuddle or ten. Sally thrives on human company and will gladly soak up as much attention as you’re willing to give.

Sally shares her kennel with other dogs and is perfectly content in their company. She’s friendly with both males and females but is equally happy pottering about on her own, so we think she would be fine as the only resident dog in her new home too.

A strong single mother, Sally needs a little time for her tummy to recover after the birth of her pups, and right now it’s very clear that she’s just had a litter, but other than that she is in great health. She loves any chance she gets to go outside with the volunteers for a walk, and her playfulness with other dogs is also starting to return.

Sally would flourish in a semi-rural home surrounded by green spaces where she can enjoy lovely long walks and explore to her heart’s content. She would suit a moderately active lifestyle, and would love to join her new family for outdoor adventures while still enjoying quiet moments curled up at home (preferably on the sofa with you!). With her sweet nature, loving heart, and loyal personality, we have no doubt that Sally is going to make a wonderful addition to a caring family ready to give her the affection she deserves.

Sally is currently based in Cyprus and has a clean bill of health. She is ready to travel once she finds her forever home.
